Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Prepare the ingredients for the homemade noodles dough. These are just five simple products that every housewife will always have at hand: chicken eggs, vegetable oil, salt, wheat flour and pure filtered water.
Step 2:
Sift wheat flour into a deep bowl. Flour must be sifted before preparing any dough to saturate the flour with oxygen. This affects the quality of the prepared dough and the products made from it. In the middle of the hill of wheat flour, we make a small depression.
Step 3:
In a separate container or glass, we drive in a chicken egg, add a measured amount of salt, beat with a fork so that the chicken egg spreads and the salt dissolves.
Step 4:
Pour the egg mixture into the recess in wheat flour. Pour in vegetable oil and cold clean filtered water. Mix all the ingredients with a spoon or a spatula so that the mixture becomes more homogeneous in consistency.
Step 5:
When it becomes difficult to mix the mass with a spoon, pour a little wheat flour on the table.
Step 6:
We spread the dough from the bowl on the table and continue to knead it with our hands. The dough should be smooth, homogeneous and elastic. If necessary, wheat flour can be added so that the dough turns out to have the desired consistency.
Step 7:
Roll a tight round ball out of the dough, wrap it with cling film and put it in the refrigerator for half an hour. After the specified time, we take the dough out of the refrigerator, roll it out on a floured table into a thin layer and cut it into narrow long or short strips, depending on how long you want to cook homemade noodles.
Step 8:
The cooked noodles need to be spread out on a board or other surface, sprinkled with flour, leave a distance between the strips so that the noodles do not stick together. Let it dry and you can proceed to cooking and boiling noodles. Homemade noodles can be added instead of pasta to soup, for making a side dish or a second hot one with meat and vegetables.
Step 9:
If noodles are prepared for the future, then they need to be dried well, leaving them to dry for a long time. Then the noodles should be put in a glass container or in a paper bag and stored in a dry place or in the refrigerator. The dough for homemade noodles is ready. Bon appetit!
