Cooking method
1. Pour kefir into a bowl.
2. Break the egg there as well.

4. Gradually introduce flour, knead an elastic, but soft, tight dough.

6. Heat a frying pan, grease it with oil.
7. Roll out the dough with a sausage and cut into pieces - the size depends on the diameter of your frying pan.
8. Roll out thin tortillas.
9. Fry on both sides for 2 minutes.
10. Fold the finished tortillas into a slide, you can lubricate them with butter, like pancakes.
