Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Wash and sort the pears. Trim the tails.
Step 2:
Fill the jar with pears.
Step 3:
Add sugar and citric acid to the jar.
Step 4:
Gently pour boiling water.
Step 5:
Pour hot water into a saucepan, put a special ring, board or towel on the bottom and put the jar in the water to be sterilized. After boiling the water, the pears are sterilized for 40 minutes.
Step 6:
Roll up with sterile lids, turn over, wrap and leave to cool, at least for 5-6 hours.
Ingredients are indicated based on one jar of 3 liters.
