Plums choose Hungarian, it should be firm. Wash and dry.
Mix dry plums with a pack of lavrushka.
Cooking syrup:we put water with sugar on the fire, bring it to a boil
pour in the vinegar, when it boils, pour the plums. cover with a lid, leave until
complete cooling.
So we drain the syrup, boil and pour the plum syrup in the morning and evening for 6 days
in a row. On the sixth day, we put the syrup on the fire, while it boils, we spread it out
plums in jars (2 cloves at the bottom of the jar). Pour the syrup, roll up,
turn it over, wrap it up.
