Pasta with Meatballs
A very filling, flavorful dish for the family table. Pasta with meatballs works as a main dish or for dinner. Both pork and a meat blend work here. The sauce is made with tomato paste, but you can also make it from fresh tomatoes. Peel the vegetables and blend them in a blender. If you like, you can add a little sour cream to the sauce. The result is very tasty meatballs in tomato sauce, which you can serve with boiled pasta or potatoes. Pasta with meatballs also goes well with a fresh vegetable salad.
