Universal snack three in one! Prepare for the winter! The loudmouth, no matter how strange this name may sound, is a very useful thing. It can be used as a marinade or sauce, and my grandmother served this preparation as a snack. Try to prepare a couple of jars for the winter (by the way, from these ingredients I get exactly a liter of the loudmouth), they will definitely be useful to you!

Cooking method

Cooking time: 1 h

1. Wash the tomatoes, cut into arbitrary pieces.

2. Also wash the horseradish thoroughly, clean the top layer with a vegetable peeler.

3. Divide the garlic into cloves, peeling each of them.

4. Grind all the ingredients into a porridge-like mass in any way convenient to you (I grind with a meat grinder, and my mother uses a blender).

5. Add salt to the resulting mass, mix and arrange in sterile jars.

6. Keep the snack in the refrigerator and consume it with pleasure and health!
