Cooking method
1. Yeast is ground with sugar, pour warm milk. Leave for 5 minutes.
2. Break the eggs into a bowl, sift the flour, add salt, pour in the dissolved yeast.
3. Knead the steep dough.
4. Roll out the dough into the thinnest layer.
5. Take out the margarine from the freezer, rub 1/3 of it on top of the dough.
6. Fold the dough in half, gently roll out into a layer 1 cm thick.
7. We continue to do the same (fold and roll) until the margarine runs out.
The dough is ready for use!
