Turkish flatbread Gozleme

Soft, fluffy and fragrant flatbread with sesame seeds. Simple, easy and delicious! The tortilla turned out to be very soft, fluffy and delicious. I tried adding different varieties of flour and the result was always pleasing. I advise everyone not to be afraid to experiment !

To start, we'll heat up the yogurt and milk slightly.
Mix flour with baking powder, yeast, salt and sugar.
Then add 50 grams of softened butter (the rest is removed to the side for greasing), eggs, warm milk with yogurt and knead the dough. Flour may need a little more than in the recipe.
After the dough is kneaded, sprinkle it lightly with flour, cover it and put it in a warm place so that it fits. It will take 30 - 60 minutes.
We crumble the dough that has come up, spread it on a floured surface and form our cake with our hands, it should be at least 2 cm high.
After we transfer the tortilla to a greased baking sheet and make punctures with a fork over the entire surface.
The remains of butter need to be melted, lubricated gently (without pressure) our cake, sprinkle it with sesame seeds, poppy seeds, coriander or whatever you want and once again put it in a warm place for proofing. Proofing will take 20-30 minutes.
After proofing, bake in a preheated 200 - 220 degree oven for about 15-20 minutes.
The finished Turkish tortilla needs to be cooled on the grill
