Step-by-step cooking
You will also need a glass of walnuts to sprinkle the cake.
Pour a jar of condensed milk into a bowl, beat in the egg and mix well. After that, add the soda slaked with vinegar and slowly add flour.
When it becomes more difficult to stir with a spoon, we shift the dough to the work surface and already hang it there. But it's better not to overdo it, because the dough should be soft and elastic.
Divide the dough into 8 equal parts.
We roll out the cake from each part and prick it in several places with a fork. Heat the frying pan over medium heat and fry the cake in a frying pan. Cakes are baked very quickly, almost one minute. Fry each on both sides.
After cutting the cakes on a plate of suitable size. And the trimmings will be needed for powdering.
Cook the cream: pour milk into a saucepan, add 2 eggs, flour 2 table. spoons, a glass of sugar, one bag of vanilla sugar, carefully whisk everything with a whisk and put it on a slow fire. Cook, stirring, until thickened. Add butter to the hot cream and stir.
We lubricate all the cakes alternately with cream, putting one on top of the other.
Then the top and sides of the cake are also well lubricated.
Grind the cake trimmings into a crumb and chop the walnuts. Mix and sprinkle the cake.
The cake should be allowed to soak for at least 1 hour.
Have a nice tea party and good mood to everyone!!!
