Cooking method
Take as much dill as you need. Now you tear off all the "shaggy" twigs from it, and throw away the stems. That is, you should get soft fluffy stalks of dill.
Put the dill in a bowl and rinse with cold water. Try to wash off all the dirt. After transferring the dill into a colander, let the water drain. And again soak in water and rinse. You do this 3 times to be sure. Then leave the dill in a colander to drain.
Then spread it on paper towels so that all the moisture is gone completely. Leave it for 30 minutes, replace the towels, for another 30 minutes. And you do it 4 times.
Put dill in clean (preferably brand new) grocery plastic bags. And then you let all the air out of the bags completely. This can be done with your hands. Tie the bags tightly and put them in the freezer. If you do everything right, then you will not have ice in the bags at all, and the dill will remain fresh for a long time. You can use it as needed - take the right amount of greenery, and then squeeze the air out of the bag again and tie it, putting it in the freezer.
