1. Put the butter in a bowl and beat at low speed with a mixer, gradually adding condensed milk. When all the condensed milk is added, whisk at high speed.

2. Add cognac, pour vanilla sugar and whisk for a couple more minutes. If the cream needs to be painted in a certain color, then at this stage the necessary food coloring is added. The amount depends on how saturated the color is needed.
