Cooking method
What could be easier than making a marinade? One-two and done! But it's not about how fast you can do it. It is important to do it qualitatively. After all, the marinade depends on how delicious the finished dish will be.
Components for marinades can be very different. But the prerequisite is that they must be properly combined with each other. This is especially true for chicken marinades. They should make poultry meat especially tender, melting in the mouth, fragrant.
Chicken is marinated for cooking on the grill, for frying in a frying pan and grill, as well as for baking. Of course, the boiled version is the most dietary, but sometimes you can still treat yourself to delicious and fragrant chicken, for example baked in the oven. When baking in the oven, the caloric content of the chicken increases, but on the other hand, useful substances are preserved in it almost in full.
So, for those who want to eat juicy, tender, fragrant poultry meat, there is a great marinade option!
1. Honey is melted in a steam bath. If desired, this can be done in a microwave oven.
2. Pour soy sauce into the melted honey.
3. Mix the ingredients with a hand whisk.
4. Pour ginger powder into the mixture, mix until a homogeneous consistency.
5. Garlic is cleaned, passed through a press. You can also grate the cloves. We spread the garlic gruel to the rest of the ingredients.
6. After the garlic, add sesame seeds. Mix everything again.
The marinade is ready!
