2. Add salt to the bowl and mix.

3. In a mixture of flour and salt, make a recess, pour vegetable oil there.

4. Boil the water and pour it directly boiling into the oil. Mix everything into a homogeneous mass and let it stand for 5-10 minutes. It is necessary for the future dough to cool down a little.

5. Beat the egg in a glass with a fork.

6. Add the egg to the dough and mix everything thoroughly until the dough becomes homogeneous. The process will take just a couple of minutes.

7. Put the custard dough on the flour remaining on the work surface and mix it with it. The dough should have the usual consistency, as it is prepared for dumplings and dumplings. Soft and pleasant to the touch.

8. Put the dough in a bowl, cover with a damp towel and let stand for an hour.
