Cooking method

6. Add the egg to the dough and mix everything thoroughly until the dough becomes homogeneous. The process will take just a couple of minutes.
7. Put the custard dough on the flour remaining on the work surface and mix it with it. The dough should have the usual consistency, as it is prepared for dumplings and dumplings. Soft and pleasant to the touch.
8. Put the dough in a bowl, cover with a damp towel and let stand for an hour.
