Mashed potatoes with chicken in the oven

    To prepare mashed potatoes, peel the required amount of potatoes. Rinse it under running water. If the potatoes are large, then cut them in half. Fill it with water and put it to warm up.     Add chopped onion to the fried chicken meat. Mix everything well and fry everything together for a few minutes. Add a little salt to the meat and add a little spice.

    Then pour cream into the pan to the meat, add chopped garlic and finely chopped dill. Mix everything well. Bring to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes.

    Put the mashed potatoes up to half of the baking dish. Flatten with a spatula.

    Sprinkle cheese liberally on top, grated on a medium grater. Put the mold in the oven, preheated to 200 degrees for 30 minutes.
