Bring to a boil and cook for 15–20 minutes, until the potatoes are done. Add a little salt to the water as they cook. You can test the potatoes by piercing one with a knife. Peel, wash, and finely chop the onion.

  7. Step 7:

    Step 7

Add the chopped onion to the fried chicken. Mix well and fry everything together for a few minutes. Season the meat with a little salt and a little of the spice.

  8. Step 8:

    Step 8

Then pour the cream into the pan with the meat, add the minced garlic and finely chopped dill. Mix everything well. Bring to a boil and simmer for 5 minutes.

  9. Step 9:

    Step 9

Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil. Then sprinkle it with breadcrumbs.

  10. Step 10:

    Step 10

Fill the baking dish halfway with the mashed potatoes. Smooth it out with a spatula.

  11. Step 11:

    Step 11

Spread all of the chicken filling on top. Distribute it evenly over the mashed potatoes.

  12. Step 12:

    Step 12

Sprinkle generously with cheese grated on a medium grater. Put the dish in an oven preheated to 400°F (200°C) for 30 minutes.
