Step-by-step cooking
Boil the turkey fillet.
Finely chop the onion and fry it until golden brown.
Add a large spoonful of flour to the onion. Mix everything and dilute the broth in which the turkey was cooked to the consistency of very liquid sour cream. Mix everything together.
Add grape vinegar to the onion with flour.
Add salt.
Add seasoning for satsivi.
Dilute all the gravy with broth to the density of liquid sour cream.
Put the turkey in the gravy and boil for about 10 minutes.
Nuts scroll through a meat grinder.
Squeeze the garlic through a garlic press.
Mix nuts with garlic and add two egg yolks to them. Mix everything well.
Remove the meat from the gravy.
