Cooking method
1. Peel the ginger, grate it on a fine grater.
2. My apple, cut out the core with seeds, peel the skin, cut into cubes.
3. My cucumber, cut into rings.
4. Peel bananas, also cut arbitrarily.
5. Celery stalks are cleaned, cut into small pieces. 
6. Coriander and parsley are washed, dried with paper towels.
7. We put all the prepared ingredients into the bowl of the blender, grind until a homogeneous mass is obtained.
8. Pour grapefruit juice into the resulting puree, whisk again.
