It cannot be said that this culinary recipe refers to any kind of cuisine, since it is rather not cooking, but medicine (at least to a greater extent). But let's take it to the Russian cuisine, because we will talk about drinks created by the method of Boris Bolotov, an inventor and researcher in the field of health preservation and life extension.
We take a small piece of gauze, put the washed, dried and chopped celandine into it. We tie it, turning it into a bag, and attach any cargo to it: a washed pebble or a sinker. We lower our bag of celandine to the bottom of a glass jar and fill it with whey mixed with sugar. Cover the jar from above with either gauze or a linen napkin. And we put it in a dark, but not cool place. She should be here for three weeks. At the end of this period, we will receive the real Bolotov kvass, which has amazing healing, rejuvenating and cleansing properties. In particular, this kvass – from celandine – is able to purify the lungs and remove radionuclides from the body. Ready-made kvass, the culinary recipe of which you have just learned, is stored in the refrigerator. How exactly it can be used (with detailed instructions), read on the pages of Bolotov's books.
