All thought. how to explain why this dish is "lazy". Well, first of all, you don't need to mess with meat, it's enough to buy ready-made, proven minced meat. Secondly, there is no need to mess with the potatoes commonly used in this dish (cut and peel). Thirdly, the dish is hearty due to mushrooms and cheese, it turns out - there is no need to worry about the side dish. In general, there are many advantages. Let's get it ready soon.
Add 1 egg to the minced meat, salt, pepper and spices to taste, mix well.
Fry mushrooms with onions in a small amount of oil. Cut tomatoes into circles. Rub the cheese.
On a baking sheet lined with paper and oiled (I have a non-stick mat as always!!! I advise everyone!! oil is not required) put the minced meat in the form of koloboks. Then flatten these koloboks to make a kind of minced tortillas. put mushrooms and onions on top of each one, then tomatoes + anoint with mayonnaise and grated cheese.
Put in the oven, preheated to 200g. for 30-40 minutes until the cheese browns.
to my taste. the dish can be served independently, well, if you can't without a side dish - boiled vegetables, such as string beans, or boiled rice will do.
Bon appetit, my dear lazy))))
