    Prepare all the necessary ingredients. Wheat will need unprocessed, it is best to buy such, for example, in pet stores. I buy wheat as a feed for chickens - it is great for braga.

    Do not wash wheat: the surface of the grains contains a lot of bacteria that cause fermentation. It is enough to sort out the grains from the garbage.

    Put the grains in a fermentation container and pour a little water.

    Leave for a couple of days so that the grains will "hatch" a little, and begin to germinate.

    Add sugar, pour in the remaining water.

    Wrap the throat of the container with gauze and put it in a warm place for 2 days. In a couple of days, the starter for making the braga will be ready.

    Two days later, put a disposable glove on top and put it back in a warm place for fermentation.

    As soon as the glove is inflated, the fermentation process has begun. It can last from 7 to 14 days.

    At the end of fermentation, the glove will deflate again. You can also check the readiness of the braga with a burning match: if the match burns and does not go out over the neck of the jar, the braga is ready for distillation.

    Strain the braga with a sieve or gauze.

Brew without yeast is the most valuable product for making moonshine. The main thing is to take quality wheat!

Distill it in a moonshine still. Then dilute the resulting moonshine with water to a strength of 20 degrees (if you do not have an alcohol meter, 400 ml of water per 1 liter of moonshine) and re-distillation. During the second distillation, collect the first 100 ml and the last 100 ml of moonshine separately. These are the so-called heads and tails that are not usable and need to be poured out.

Also, before the second distillation, you can clean the moonshine with activated carbon: add 50 g of crushed coal to 1 liter of moonshine and let it brew for 2 days. Then strain and make a second distillation.
