Step-by-step cooking

Cooking time: 90 d 1 h
  1. Step 1:

    Step 1.

Prepare the ingredients according to the list. The pear can be used to make homemade wine, both purchased in the store and grown on your site. The main thing is that the fruits are well ripe, sweet and fragrant, fresh and without spoilage.

  2. Step 2:

    Step 2.

The pear fruits are carefully washed, cut into several parts, the skin can not be removed, we cut out only the core with the seed capsule.

  3. Step 3:

    Step 3.

Chop the cooked pear with a blender into puree.

  4. Step 4:

    Step 4.

Squeeze the juice through a very fine sieve or gauze. The cake can be used for baking or other dishes as desired.

  5. Step 5:

    Step 5.

Pour clean filtered water into a saucepan, add sugar. We put it on fire. Cook the syrup, stirring constantly so that the sugar does not burn to the bottom of the pan. Pour in the pear juice, cook for about five more minutes, stirring with a spoon. Turn off the fire, let the mixture cool down a little.

  6. Step 6:

    Step 6.

Pour the prepared wine billet into glass containers, leave room for fermentation. Containers with wine are closed with lids with a water seal or a rubber glove, in one of the fingers of which we make a hole with a needle. We put the wine in a warm dark place for fermentation for a month. When the fermentation is over: the glove will deflate, a precipitate will appear on the bottom, and the wort will become transparent.

  7. Step 7:

    Step 7.

Filter the wine through gauze, folded in several layers, taste it, if desired, you can dissolve the sugar. We bottle the wine to the neck so that there is no oxidation when interacting with oxygen. We seal the bottles and put them in a dark, cool place for maturation, ideally for 3-6 months.

  8. Step 8:

    Step 8.

But if you want to try it quickly, then you can add a little strong alcohol to the drink, for example, vodka or alcohol. Such an additive will make the wine stronger, but its taste will not be as rich and bright. Without fixing, the strength of the wine will be 10-12 degrees, and the wine will be stored for about 3 years in a cool basement.
