Homemade martini

Your family and friends will definitely appreciate this wonderful martini! In fact, the recipe for a homemade martini is quite simple and is a wonderful element of holidays, parties and just friendly gatherings. I don't want to spend money on a purchased martini, so I decided to make a homemade one.

All herbs and spices fall asleep in a jar, pour 85 ml of alcohol and 25 ml of water. Mix the contents of the jar well, put it in a dark place for 2 weeks to infuse at room temperature, mix the herbal infusion from time to time.
After, the fragrant infusion is filtered through 2-4 layers of gauze, then through cotton wool. We give it a couple more days to settle.
We make vermouth ourselves. In a jar of 1 l. pour 50 ml of alcohol, 8 ml. of aromatic infusion (the amount is supported experimentally to taste), sugar syrup and white wine. Mix, try vermouth — if there is not enough flavor, then you can also add a fragrant herbal infusion. You can drink it right away, but give the ray a week to rest vermouth. Homemade martini is ready!
