Cooking method
Do not wash the apples in any case, just wipe off the dust with a paper or cloth napkin. Remove the core and chop the fruit in a food processor (blender, meat grinder). Squeeze the juice.
The resulting juice should be mixed with sugar. Now pour it into jars (not to the top, about three-quarters) and cover with lids, leaving a small hole. And to know when the whole process is over, it is better to pull a rubber medical glove on the neck instead of the lid.
When it falls off (after about 30-60 days), it will be a signal that the cider needs to be filtered (it has already become transparent and beautiful in appearance) and poured into jars for ripening, which takes about 2.5-3 months.
The drink turns out to be transparent, a beautiful honey color. Taste it!
