Cooking method
We begin the preparation of this fragrant drink by selecting a suitable container for infusing. It should be glass, ideal for a volume of 2 liters, with a wide neck. For example, a regular two-liter jar. It should be clean and dry. In addition, you need to prepare a clean lid in advance.
Next, I wash the tangerines thoroughly under running warm water. Three peels with the back of a new dishwashing sponge to wash off the layer of preservative, which is usually used to treat tangerines to increase shelf life. Next, we put a quarter of the tangerines aside, and clean the rest.
And peeled tangerines and unpeeled cut into circles and put them in a jar. Rinse the cinnamon stick, blot it with a paper napkin and also send it to the jar. Pour brown sugar into the same place. Next, fill the contents of the jar with the specified amount of vodka and close everything tightly with a lid.
We remove the jar with the future tincture in a dark place for 1.5-2 months. In principle, it can be even longer. From time to time (every few days) the jar needs to be shaken thoroughly. The room temperature can be room temperature.
When time passes, we filter the drink through several layers of gauze. The resulting fragrant liquid is poured into a beautiful bottle and put away in a dark, cool place for permanent storage. Such a drink is stored for a long time - at least a year, but, as a rule, it is drunk, thanks to its pleasant taste and incredible sweetness, much faster!
