Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Prepare all the products according to the list.
Step 2:
Sort the cranberries properly and wash thoroughly.
Step 3:
Pour a liter of water into a saucepan, boil and lower the cranberries into boiling water for two to three minutes.
Step 4:
Next, drain the water from the pan (but not into the sink, you can pour it into another saucepan, it will still come in handy.) Mash cranberries properly with a pestle.
Step 5:
After add the drained water, add another liter of water, add all the spices and bring the sbiten to a boil. Then strain it from the cranberry pulp and leave to cool. I add honey to a still warm, but not hot broth, since in hot it will lose all its useful properties. Sbiten turns sour. If you like sweeter, then the amount of honey should be increased. I do not use sugar in the preparation of this recipe.
Step 6:
The mega-healthy and vitamin drink is ready. It can be consumed both cold and hot.
Sbitnem is an old Russian drink, consumed more often in hot form. Its main ingredients are honey, spring water and spices, and vegetable ingredients are often added to enhance the taste and beneficial qualities.
There are quite a lot of recipes for making sbitnya, however, they differ only in the set of seasonings and additional components. One of the most delicious and healthy drinks is honey cranberry.
In addition to the fact that a hot drink warms perfectly in the cold, cranberry sbiten is appreciated for the following useful properties:
strengthening the immune system;
improving the digestive tract;
lowering blood pressure;
elimination of toxins;
normalization of blood glucose levels;
fighting inflammation;
strengthening of vascular walls;
recuperation.
But most of all sbiten with vitamin cranberries is suitable for those who suffer from colds. The drink quickly and effectively eliminates the unpleasant symptoms of the disease. Honey-cranberry brew is able to increase the body's resistance to viruses, reduce fever, and remove decay products.
