Step-by-step cooking
Step 1:
Prepare all the ingredients. To prepare the liqueur, we will need milk, bananas, eggs, vodka, condensed milk, instant coffee.
Step 2:
Combine the milk brought to a boil and instant coffee, stir until the coffee is completely dissolved. Peel the bananas and cut them into pieces. In the bowl of a blender, combine bananas and condensed milk, add eggs, grind until a homogeneous mass is formed.
Step 3:
Add chilled coffee with milk, mix again. Add vodka, mix everything again with a blender. Bottle and seal. Store the finished liquor in the refrigerator.
Step 4:
The liqueur has a very pleasant coffee-banana taste and aroma and a delicate velvety consistency. Choose bananas that are very ripe and even slightly overripe bananas will do — they will give the liqueur a unique flavor and consistency. Keep the liquor in the refrigerator before serving, and shake before serving.
Step 5:
Banana coffee liqueur is ready! Have a nice time!
Liqueur (from the Latin "liquor" – liquid) is a sweet alcoholic beverage containing fruit or berry extracts, infusions of fragrant herbs, spices or other ingredients (cocoa, nuts, etc.). The alcoholic basis is ethyl alcohol or other spirits: whiskey, rum, cognac, vodka. The peculiarity of liqueurs is the high sugar content (more than 100 g / l). Some experts refer to liqueurs and bitter tinctures on herbs, but this opinion is controversial. Liqueurs can be drunk both in pure, undiluted form, and as part of cocktails. Usually these drinks are served at the end of lunch with tea or coffee, as well as as a digestif – dessert alcohol before fruit, ice cream or sweet pastries. Liqueurs are produced all over the world, but most of all in Italy, France, Great Britain, Ireland, the Czech Republic and Scotland. The recipe I have proposed is quick to prepare, I hope you will like it.
