Cooking method
1. Peel ginger, cut into small cubes.
2. We put ginger in a saucepan, pour sugar, pour water, send it to the fire.
3. When the water boils, spread the carcade, cook for 5 minutes, then cover with a lid, leave to infuse for 10 minutes.
4. Filter the finished drink, add lemon juice, cool it.
We serve it on the table, decorating it as desired.
