Cooking method
1. Pour water into a saucepan, send it to the fire, bring it to a boil.
2. My carambola, cut into thin pieces. Ginger is cleaned, cut into circles, lemon is also cut into thin circles.
3. As soon as the water boils, we put carambola, ginger, lemon and orange zest in it.
4. Remove the pan from the heat, cover with a lid, let it brew for 20 minutes, then add honey, mix until it completely dissolves.
Pour tea into cups and serve it on the table.
