Cooking method
1. We grind the rostoropsha in a coffee grinder.
2. The resulting powder is poured into a saucepan, pour boiling water.
3. Place the saucepan in a water bath, cover with a lid, cook for 15-20 minutes, during this time the volume of liquid will noticeably decrease.
4. Let the broth cool down, then filter through a sieve.
It is better to take the finished broth in a warm form, you can dilute it with boiled water and drink it as tea.
