Cooking method

1. Pour the water into the kettle, send it to the fire, bring it to a boil.

2. Milk thistle is poured into a teapot, pour boiling water.

3. Cover with a lid, let it brew for 15 minutes, then filter.

If desired, tea can be sweetened with honey, sugar or sweetener.
