Cooking method
We will prepare the drink according to an old recipe from China. It is believed that alcohol infused with ginseng has unique properties, the main thing is not to overdo it, use the recommended dose. People who are prone to high blood pressure should be especially careful with the drink. But for those who, on the contrary, are prone to low blood pressure, the drink can bring great benefits. Alcohol infused with ginseng increases efficiency, tones the body, helps fight infections.
So, for cooking we will need moonshine and a whole ginseng root. The root is carefully washed and put on the bottom of a two-liter jar. Pour moonshine on top. We close the container with a lid and put it in a dark place for a day. The room temperature is room temperature.
When the specified time has passed, pour the moonshine together with the root into an enameled saucepan and put it on moderate heat. Heat the contents of the pan to 50 degrees Celsius. No more! Immediately remove the pan from the heat and let the liquid cool down. After that, we close the jar with a lid and put it back in a dark place to infuse at room temperature, but now for a longer period - for a week.
In a week, the ginseng moonshine will be ready for use. You can drink it no more than a tablespoon (20 ml) at a time. It is recommended to drink a spoonful of infused moonshine 15 minutes before meals.
Be healthy!
P. S. By the way, the ginseng root can be poured with moonshine and infused two more times. This should be done when the drink remains no more than 50 grams (filled with moonshine in the amount of half a liter and infused again for seven days).
