1. We will prepare a steam bath, for this we will choose a saucepan and a saucepan with a smaller diameter. Pour a little water into a saucepan, send it to the fire, bring it to a boil.
2. Pour lemon juice into a saucepan and add honey, set the saucepan over a pot of boiling water (the bottom of the saucepan should not touch the water).
3. Brew the mixture, then pour it into a measuring cup.
4. Very carefully, pour absinthe into the drink with a tablespoon, so as not to mix the layers.
