1. Choose ripe apples of sweet varieties, you also need to pay attention to the fact that the fruits should be juicy enough.
2. Wash the prepared fruits, peel them, and cut out the core.
3. Pass the peeled apples through a juicer, pour the juice into a saucepan.
4. Send a saucepan of juice to the fire, bring the drink to a boil, then keep it on the fire for another 10-12 minutes. In the process, remove the foam with a slotted spoon or a small fine strainer.
5. Pour the apple juice into clean pre-sterilized bottles and roll up the lids.
6. Turn the blanks upside down, wrap them with a warm blanket and leave them to cool down in this position. It will take about 20-24 hours, after which you can transfer the juice bottles to a permanent storage place. I keep it in the cellar)
