Cooking method
1. Banana (I try to take a ripe banana, without greens) is cleaned, cut into a couple of pieces.
2. Put blueberries on a sieve and wash them under running water.
3. My strawberries, we clean them from the stalks.
4. Grind banana, strawberries and blueberries with a blender to a puree-like consistency.
5. Pour yogurt into the resulting berry puree and add honey, beat again.
Serve on the table in a chilled state.
