Cooking method
1. Birch sap is filtered through gauze folded in three layers to remove the litter that could get in during the juice collection.
2. Pour the filtered juice into a saucepan, add sugar, and send it to the fire.
3. Bring the juice to a boil (but do not boil it!).
4. Meanwhile, cut the bread into small cubes and dry it in the microwave.
5. Put the crackers in the warm birch juice, cover the pan with a lid and leave for 2 days.
6. The finished drink is filtered through gauze, poured into bottles and sent to the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
Birch kvass is ready, you can taste it!
