Cooking method
We choose a pot of the appropriate size (I use a saucepan), pour tea. Add spices: cloves, cinnamon and ginger. Mix and fill with water.
Send the pan to the fire and bring the drink to a boil. Then cover with a lid and insist for about 20 minutes so that the flavors become one.
Before serving it on the table, filter the drink (I filter it through a regular tea strainer), heat it up a little and add honey, which will give sweetness and enrich the grog with trace elements.
