Step-by-step cooking
We remove the seeds from the washed apricots. We grind them in a blender.
With sah.beat the cream with powder.
Crush the ice to a fine crumble (to snow).
Mix ice, ground almonds, cream with apricot puree.
Dessert is laid out in glasses, covered with whipped cream, sprinkled with chocolate and almonds. Decorate with apricots.
Serve a creamy smoothie immediately.
