Collect ripe whole plums (both yellow and blue will do). Discard rotten and unripe plums, rinse and let dry.
Fill a three-liter jar with them, cover with granulated sugar. Chop the cinnamon and ginger and lower it to the bottom of the jar to make the flavor richer.
Fill everything with vodka. We fill the jar with it to the top, two fingers short of the neck. We close it with a plastic lid and take it to the pantry to infuse. After a month, you can take a sample. If you suddenly become overdue, it's okay, it will taste better.
Before use, strain the drink through cheesecloth, make sure that children do not accidentally eat plums.
