Step 1:
To prepare pasta with zucchini in cream sauce, prepare the products according to the list. Pasta can be any, both long and short, the main requirement is that it must be of high quality, made from durum wheat. In addition to the pasta, a zucchini-based sauce is prepared, to which garlic, butter, cream or sour cream, thyme and salt are added.
Step 2:
Boil the pasta until al dente. Leave the cooking water, it will be needed to dilute the sauce, or adjust it so that the pasta is cooked by the time the sauce is prepared.
Step 3:
Lightly fry the very thinly sliced zucchini in oil for 5 minutes.
Step 4:
Add crushed and finely chopped garlic clove, leaves of dry or fresh thyme, salt. Stir and continue roasting for 3 minutes.
Step 5:
Grate hard cheese on a coarse grater, ideally parmesan.
Step 6:
Add sour cream to zucchini fried with garlic and thyme, dilute it with water from cooking pasta, bring to a boil.
Step 7:
Add the prepared cheese, the sauce will start to thicken quickly, so choose the consistency to your taste by adding water from the pasta.
Step 8:
Add the pasta to the resulting sauce, mix and immediately arrange on plates and serve.
Step 9:
You can additionally sprinkle grated cheese on top. Additionally, serve ground black pepper and olive oil.
