Vegetarian Soy Dumplings
Tasty dumplings even committed meat-eaters can't tell from the real thing! These come together without a special grocery run and are great for vegetarians and vegans — delicious, though after homemade meat dumplings the men in the house may be a tougher sell :) We used to buy soy milk, soy okara, and soy dumplings at a specialty store. After reading the labels, I bought my own soybeans and decided to set up a little "soy operation" at home — and it worked, fairly fast and inexpensive. The vegetarian soy dumplings turned out great.
