Lean soy vegetarian dumplings

Delicious dumplings cannot be distinguished from real ones even by convinced meat eaters! Regardless of trips to the store, you can cook dumplings in the post. They are suitable for vegetarians and vegans. Delicious, but men will hardly appreciate it :) after meat homemade. We usually buy soy milk, soy okara and soy dumplings in a specialized store. I read the composition, bought my beans and decided to "establish" soy production at home. Successfully, relatively quickly and not expensive. Vegetarian soy dumplings turned out delicious.

1. Prepare lean dough for dumplings from flour, salt, sugar, water and olive or sunflower oil. Put the dough in the refrigerator. (You just need to mix all the products together until smooth, knead the dough).
2. Prepare or buy ready-made soy okara (ground beans that have been soaked in water and then squeezed out). Mix okara with salt, pepper, seasoning to taste, chopped onion. The stuffing is ready.
3. Roll out the dough. Spread out the filling (it is convenient to make balls from the filling, roll them with your hands). Stick dumplings.
4. Cook lean dumplings in salted water (10 minutes after boiling) with luvrushka or freeze.
5. Sprinkle with herbs, serve with lean mayonnaise. Better with a "Caress". Delicious! Excellent dishes for eating in the post.
