Cooking method
1. We clean the cod from the scales, cut off the head, tail and fins. We cut the abdomen, clean out the insides. The fish is thoroughly washed, put in a saucepan, pour cold water so that it completely covers the carcass. Add a pinch of salt, send it to the fire, cook for 15-20 minutes. Remove the boiled cod from the broth, let it cool down a little, separate the fillet from the bone, cut into small pieces.
2. Peel the onion, finely chop, fry in vegetable oil until light blush, spread to the cod. Wash the dill, dry it with paper napkins, chop it with a knife, send it after the onion, add salt to taste, mix the filling.
3. Pre-thawed dough (3/4 part) is rolled out focusing on the diameter of the baking dish, 1/4 part of the dough is left to decorate the surface of the pie.
4. We spread the filling on the base, level it. From the left dough, we form flat strips-strips with which we cover the pie. I have a couple of unclaimed strips left, which I rolled into a roll and turned out good roses))
5. Lubricate the surface of the pie with egg yolk and send the pie to the oven preheated to 180 degrees, bake until a beautiful blush.
Let the pie cool, cut into portions and serve on the table.
