Recently in a restaurant I tried an exotic dish – turtle soup. When a plate of soup was served, it immediately became interesting what it tasted like. Original food that captivated me with its exoticism and unique taste. I immediately wanted to know the culinary recipe of this dish. And the recipe turned out to be not so complicated, except that the search for the main ingredient may take a little time. Now, directly about the preparation. After cleaning the turtle shell, it is necessary to cook it for half an hour. After that, the meat is extracted and cut into small pieces. Then peel the carrots and cook them separately with sugar, butter and salt. In the resulting carrot soup, you need to add turtle meat by straining the broth in which the turtle itself was previously cooked. It is necessary to add potato starch to the resulting soup, and then boil, stirring constantly. Add salt to taste, personally I don't really like when food is too salty. When the soup is ready, you can immediately serve it to the table. But it will be better if you season it with lemon juice.
