Cooking method
1. Wash the potatoes and boil, without peeling, until tender (it will take about 25 minutes).
2. Cut the finished potatoes into quarters and wait for it to cool down to a warm state, then peel it and transfer it to a deep container.
3. Mash potatoes in mashed potatoes.
4. To mashed potatoes, break the eggs.
5. Sift the flour, add two-thirds of the flour to the rest of the ingredients, pour salt into the same place and knead the dough (it is important not to knead it for too long).
6. Sprinkle the remaining flour on the work surface and roll out the dough layer with a thickness of 1 cm.
7. Cut the layer into squares.
8. Boil water in a large saucepan, add salt.
9. Cook the dumplings until ready (6-8 minutes).
10. Served with fresh parsley.
