Wash the cherries well and put them in a deep bowl or saucepan, add water, sugar and bring to a boil. Then boil for 5 minutes.

Dilute gelatin with water (2 tablespoons of water) and let it swell, then add to the jam. Then we act very quickly. Put on a small fire and stir so that the gelatin dissolves, but do not boil! As soon as it begins to show signs of boiling, immediately remove from the heat and pour into sterilized jars.
Step 4:
Collect all the foam so that the jelly does not deteriorate during storage.
Step 5:
Cover with sterilized lids. After cooling, the jelly is ready. It should be stored in a cool place. Ideally - in the refrigerator.
