Step 1:
To prepare the salad, boil the eggs first. To do this, put the raw eggs in a ladle and pour cold water. Put on the fire and bring to a boil. Boil the eggs in boiling water for 5-7 minutes.Then drain the hot water and fill the eggs with cold water. Leave them to cool completely. Then wipe the eggs from the water and peel them from the shell.
Step 2:
Wash the cucumber. Trim the tails on both sides and cut into strips. If the cucumber is too big with a thick peel, then it will be necessary to clean it beforehand.
Step 3:
Put the sliced cucumbers in a spacious, prepared bowl in which it will be convenient to mix the salad.
Step 4:
The required amount of ham, also cut into strips.
Step 5:
Add the sliced ham to the bowl with cucumbers.
Step 6:
Cut the eggs with a sharp knife or using an egg cutter. Add the chopped eggs to the salad.
Step 7:
Then immediately grate the hard cheese on a coarse grater into the bowl. Add a little chopped garlic.
Step 8:
Season the salad with mayonnaise and mix everything well. Before serving, put the salad in the refrigerator to cool it. Before the feast, put the finished salad in a salad bowl. Bon appetit!
