Cut the chicken meat into small pieces.

Cut onions into cubes, carrots into plates.

Preparing the zirvak. We transfer the chicken to the frying pan in preheated vegetable oil. Fry until browned on high heat.

Add carrots, onions, spices here, mix. Fry for 5 minutes. The Zirvak is ready.

We transfer it to the cauldron, and that immediately to the fire.

We fall asleep with washed rice. We stick a head of garlic into the rice. If desired, you can put a pod of red hot pepper.

Fill with cold water so that the rice is covered by 1-1.5 cm. Salt and put the lavrushka. Do not mix!

Close the lid, reduce the heat to medium and leave for 30-40 minutes.

After we check the readiness of the rice. The pilaf should be ready by now.

Turn off the fire, cover the cauldron with a lid and let it brew. You can wrap it up with a towel.

And now you can mix the pilaf.
