Tea with reishi mushroom

Reishi in the east is called "the mushroom of immortality". Strengthen your health! Ease of preparation Unfortunately, I have not been able to try reishi mushroom tea yet. In our country, it is almost always sold in bags, in which it is unknown what was mixed. And to buy, at least, a crushed natural mushroom is quite a difficult problem.

Reishi mushroom has been known for more than four millennia, thanks to a huge number of useful properties. Tea with reishi mushroom is used for various diseases. Among them: cardiovascular diseases, pulmonary, allergic and autoimmune diseases, oncological and inflammatory diseases, as well as diseases of the central nervous system.
Tea with reishi mushroom in Japan and China was considered "imperial" because it was quite difficult to find it.
In 1972, a Japanese farmer managed to cultivate this mushroom, and since then it has become available for artificial cultivation. However, mushrooms grown in artificial conditions are inferior in their healing properties to wild reishi mushrooms. Therefore, to this day, mushrooms grown in the wild are the most valuable.
If you managed to get a reishi mushroom, then it will not be difficult to prepare a decoction of po. The recipe for cooking is quite simple.
It is necessary to take one tablespoon of mushroom, pour water and cook for an hour over low heat. Ready-made tea with reishi mushroom should be filtered and consumed 200 ml 3 times a day half an hour before meals.
I want to draw your attention to the fact that tea with reishi mushroom is a medicinal product and it can be used only after consultation with your doctor.
