Chocolate fondant made from chocolate (white chocolate fondant is made the same way)... So here goes... Take the chocolate and melt it with the butter over the heat.
-

Melt it down.
-
Step 4:
Add the cream, stirring constantly.
-
Step 5:
Once the chocolate has melted, add the marshmallows.
-
Step 6:
Stirring all the while, melt those down too.
-
Step 7:
Sift in the powdered sugar.
-
Step 8:
Knead the fondant well (a food processor works for this).
-
Step 9:
I kneaded mine by hand.
-
Step 10:
At first the fondant is fairly soft and sticky.
-
Step 11:
I line a container with a plastic bag and put the fondant inside—that way it doesn't spread out too much and it's easier to lift out later.
-
Step 12:
Then refrigerate the fondant for a couple of hours, until completely firm.
