It makes no sense to describe the recipe for a long time. The preparation of the morse takes very little time, and the drink itself comes out amazingly delicious and pleasantly refreshing.

We take viburnum berries, pass them through running water and tear off their tails. Turn them into a homogeneous puree by passing through a sieve. At the same time, we will get rid of small bones, so we will not have the risk of drinking them together with morse.

Put the berry gruel in a saucepan, dilute with water and dissolve sugar in it. Boil the viburnum juice, and set aside from the stove as soon as bubbles begin to rise abundantly to the surface. We pass the juice through gauze into a jug or jar.
