Beef with Buckwheat in a Slow Cooker

A great idea for a hearty dinner — made in the slow cooker! Beef and buckwheat cooked in a slow cooker turns out especially tender, juicy, and not the least bit tough. As it cooks, the buckwheat soaks up the flavor of the meat and vegetables, and the dish comes out super tasty!
