Step-by-step cooking
We rarely cook delicious dishes, but we always want them to be perfect, to amaze our guests with their taste and aroma. I know a win-win culinary recipe for a meal called chicken with olives. We start by cutting onions and peppers into small cubes, chop garlic, cut mushrooms into plates. Now we heat olive oil and butter in a large frying pan. Then we put the chicken pieces and brown them. After that, we take out the chicken. Then put the onion, red pepper, garlic and champignons in a frying pan, fry them on low heat for about 15 minutes. After this time, we introduce tomatoes, wine and prepared chicken cut into thin slices. Boil, cover with a lid and simmer on low heat for about 40-50 minutes. Now stir the starch with water and add it to the sauce, salt, pepper the mass. Bring the sauce to a boil again and cook for about 5 minutes. We introduce cream into the sauce first, and then olives. We warm up the whole mass and immediately remove it from the fire! The chicken with olives dish is ready!
